The Les Paul Junior Special DC is based on the Les Paul Special Double Cut, but with TOM&STP specification, which makes it easier to adjust the octave and string height of each string.
Like the SG, the Les Paul Special DC has an easy approach to the last fret, and the high frets can be played without stress.
The combination of all-mahogany and P-90 has the sticky low mid that is characteristic of mahogany, but you can also clearly feel the contour as a single coil.
The Les Paul Special has a thicker body than the SG, so the center of gravity of the sound is lower and the sound is heavier.
