2000 Gibson Les Paul R4 -JB “Oxblood”

A beautiful reissue of a '54 Les Paul, this 2000 Custom Shop model is a recreation of the guitar Jeff Beck used throughout the early-mid 1970s. Originally a gold top with P90 pickups, prior to Beck's ownership the guitar was routed for PAF humbucking pickups and refinished in an "Oxblood" finish. The guitar retained the 1954 wraparound style tailpiece which gave the guitar a unique sound compared to traditional Humbucker equipped Les Pauls which featured the ABR-1 bridge and stop tailpiece. This guitar from the Custom Shop is in excellent condition with the original warranty card and hang tag, as well as the original hardshell case. The large '54 profile neck make it a great player, as well. A fantastic guitar for Jeff Beck fans or anyone looking for a unique sounding and looking Les Paul!
