2013 Gibson Les Paul R8 Sunburst

The owner of this 2013 R8 was a client of mine who passed away a couple of years ago. He did his own relic work and got pretty good at it. His widow is now selling his collection. Other than the relic'ing, it's bone stock. There is major checking (done the Tom Murphy way, it appears) random dings and scrapes mostly to the top. The hardware is not overly aged. The back and neck show almost no aging at all. Just a few dents to the back. Plastic has been lightly aged. The neck is as new. I don't think this guitar got played at all. No fret wear. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 8 ounces. Neck is big, fat and round. Sound is big fat and round as well. Case is mint and original.
