2004 Gibson Les Paul Standard Plus Double Cut Black Pepper
The double-cut body version of the Les Paul, a modern evolution of Gibson's eternal masterpiece, has been in stock for a long time!
This time, the horns are connected on the back side, which makes it easier to operate, and it is a rare one with 24 frets.
The slightly asymmetrical horn balance is inherited from the Les Paul Special/Junior of the 1960s,
The access to the high position has been improved overwhelmingly, and the bass has been made easier to balance by sharpening the body sound.
However, the standard's maple archtop provides a stunning grain and glossy sound.
The toggle switch has been moved to the bottom of the body, and the 1Vol/1Tone control is a simple arrangement that is easy to handle for playing in modern sound-making environments.
Pickups are 490/498 with Gibson USA stamp. They can handle a wide range of sounds from clean clean sounds to modern high-gain sounds.
There are some dents on the top of the body, general scratches, and peeling of gold plating, but it is in relatively good condition with sufficient luster. The first string side of the neck is slightly wavy, but there are no sound clogging or other playing problems.
The fret nut and rod are in good condition and can be used for a long time.
The pickup covers have been removed but are included.
Original hard case, wrenches, and warranty card from the time are included.
