1965 Gibson Melody Maker D Cardinal Red
Here's a 1965 Gibson Melody Maker D in Cardinal Red finish. Super cool guitar in a rare and sought after finish!! No breaks, cracks, repairs. Just a great overall playing and sounding example. With the exception of the tuners, everything else on the guitar is original. The Cardinal Red finish is still nice and unfaded. It's got a ton of vibe and mojo. Acoustically the guitar is loud and resonant. The neck has a 1 11/16' nut wide, and plays/feels great! Consistent low action down the fretboard. Plays effortlessly. Both original single coil pickups are strong and clear...sounds GREAT. The vibrato works fantastic as well and stays in tune. Killer piece here. HSC included..
