1959 Gibson R9 Les Paul (2008 reissue) Iced Tea Burst

2008 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul Reissue VOS R9 Guitar. This guitar is finished in a gorgeous Iced Tea Burst over a highly figured top, with lots of flame. The wear on this guitar looks great. It was created by the guitar being played, not fake custom shop wear. There are marks, dings, and some damage on the guitar all from use. The frets have some wear to them but still have lots of life. The neck position pickup ring has a crack in it, but it is still functional.
This R9 only weighs 8 lbs., 10.2 oz. It is very resonant and sounds great with or without an amp. It has great action, plays like butter!!! The nut width is 1 11/16”.

The guitar guitar comes with its original case, hang tags, and truss rod wrench. The case has marks and dings, it structurally very sound.
