Description

I wish I could keep this - such a great investment piece! The flame top is pretty right on - not one that you need to angle just the certain way to see, and not over the top but with consistency across the top of the guitar.

Such a beauty to play as well, with that sound that is immediately identifiable across ages and genres of music.

There is one ding on one corner of the headstock. The original owner must've cursed his or herself for that! But, it absolves you from bearing the responsibility of incurring the first ding! The rest of the guitar is virtually mint with only light signs of handling.

The pickups do seem to have been out of the guitar at one point. A very close look at the solder joints in the control cavity reveal at least movement of one lead form the original solder position, and the bridge pickup PAF sticker has partially flaked off. I looked for the rest of the sticker inside the routing of the guitar and could not find it, so I am assuming that the pickup may have been removed and in the process the PAF decal was damaged. The pickups are plainly original to the guiar as the leads perfectly reach the cavity and both show the same wear (lack thereof). No other solder joints in the electronics were messed with, including the switch and the pickup covers.

All the case candy is there, and the case is in beautiful condition as well.
