1965 Gibson SG Special Cherry Red

This Gibson SG Special was made in the USA in 1965. It is an awesome rock n roll machine with a great look. The guitar weighs just 6 pounds and 2 ounces and the original P-90 pickups scream. The guitar shows significant play wear with lots of dings and dents and scratches. There are no breaks/cracks/repairs to the neck, headstock, or heel, but there is a repair by the input jack and control cavity area. All parts are original except for the nut, and the original trem unit has been removed and lost. The guitar has nickel parts and the wider 1 and 5/8ths nut width. As you can see there is a large decal on the front of the guitar that appears to have been there for many decades and gives the guitar a unique appearance. The guitar weighs 6 lbs 1.7 oz and it comes with the original Gibson hard case as shown in the pictures.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
