Description

Here's an original, one owner, vintage 1967 Gibson SG Standard in original Cherry Red finish.

Purchased directly from the original owner, it has untouched solder joints and it is completely original.

Original Patent Sticker Humbuckers have that classic punchy, AC/DC tone a la Highway to Hell or Back in Black....warm and screaming!

Neck profile is on the slimmer '60s side but still has some girth to it. It feels great in your hands and plays great all the way up and down with a good low action. Every note is true.

Original double line Kluson tuners. The knobs are original "Witch Hat" knobs.

There is some wear on the headstock, some small chips to the finish you can see in the photos. No cracks, no breaks no issues. Even the tremolo arm is original. All pots and wiring are original.

It is light, resonant, and sounds great even when it is unplugged.

Original Cherry Red finish is stunning and has just the right amount of vintage wear to it. Guitar has honest signs of wear throughout. Frets are in very good shape.

This guitar has been loved and cherished, now it is your turn.

Comes with original black case with yellow interior.
