Description

Clean and funky! 1972 Gibson SG-I in its original Cherry finish. One of the oddities from the Norlin-Era Gibson factory. Top mounted control cavity, poplar body, single mini-humbucker. It may look odd, but this guitar totally RIPS, and is way undervalued for a 70’s Gibson SG! Serial number dates to 1974, but bot pots are dated to late 1971. Overall in excellent condition with only some general play wear and a few scattered dings. The finish has faded in an interesting pattern, but retains most of the original cherry color. No cracks, breaks, repairs or mods! Comes complete with its original hard shel case. Serious guitar for the money!
