1944 Gibson Southern Jumbo in good condition. This Gibson is all original, has playwear throughout, and has two professionally repaired cracks, one that runs underneath the bridge, and another on the bottom side of the lower bout. This Southern Jumbo was constructed with a four piece Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard featuring pearl parallelogram inlays, and a red gumwood bridge. The neck has a width of 1 3/4” at the nut, a depth of 1.10” deep at the first fret, and a depth of 1.15” at the tenth fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 4.14 lbs. A woody and warm sounding guitar with a nice trussrod equipped big banner neck . Comes with a hardshell case.
