1959 Gibson Southern Jumbo Sunburst
Here's a 1959 Gibson SJ (Southern Jumbo). Incredible playing & sounding example, that's 100% original. No breaks or cracks. This is as great of a sounding vintage Gibson acoustic as it gets! The guitar oozes vibe and is structurally perfect. 16" slope shoulder dreadnaught, spruce top, mahogany back & sides, long pickguard, with double parallelogram inlays. The guitar plays with ease! Low action, and the frets have life left. And again, tonally the guitar is something else: BIG, balanced, warm, and clear. It's very responsive to touch as well. This would be an incredible recording guitar. Yet another amazing example of a Gibson built in 1959! HSC included...
