1947 Gibson Southern Jumbo SJ Sunburst

This is the nicest 40's SJ we have come across. It shows light wear including small dings and light scratches but this example is in remarkably good condition for a 70+ year old guitar. There is a number stamped into the back of the headstock which possible indicates that this guitar was a rental instrument, but aside from that everything appears to be original. The guitar is in excellent playing condition and it sounds as good as it looks. It comes with the original case that is in the pictures.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
