Gibson USA 1984 Chet Atkins CE
This is Chet Atkins' signature ele-gut guitar "Chet Atkins CE" (CE=Classic Electric) with a thin cutaway body and dummy holes.
This is an early production version in Alpine White, which is relatively rare.
It has a narrow neck and the ebony fingerboard used on the "CEC" model. ("CE" model is originally has rosewood fingerboard).
The bridge has been re-glued.
There is some weather checks and discoloration to the body top, as well as numerous tiny dents and scratches throughout.
There is almost no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
