~2010 Gitane D-500

I acquired this guitar for my wife who has played and performed with it extensively. It is really a wonderful sounding guitar, which is why I got it in the first place for her travel guitar. I am a retired vintage guitar dealer Who loves gypsy guitars, I have selmers and Favinos, and so on and so forth, I mentioned this, so you can appreciate my point of reference when it comes to this guitar. I initially bought it because of the playability of the short scale, but she is tiny, and the wide Fingerboard is continually daunting, so I recently had a custom made short scale guitar for her. There is play wear and the hardware is quite tarnished, but it remains a wonderful, sounding and playing instrument. I will restring it with a new set of Argentines, and find some sort of hard case to ship It in. Shipping $90
