This is another unusual one of a kind instrument, an electric 4 string Plectrum Archtop Guitar. It's similar to Tenor Guitars which were designed to be tuned the same as a Tenor Banjo – in fifths from low to high C, G, D, A – while Plectrum Guitars are tuned like a plectrum Four String Banjo – C, G, B, D. This guitar has an original DeArmond Tenor Guitar Rhythm Chief type pickup. It's the perfect guitar for your Tiny Grimes tribute band.
