Now available on consignment, a stunning example of a top of the line Greco 'Super Real' Series EGF 1800 from 1980. This one having a nice 2-piece solid flame top, and 2x original 'Dry Z' pickups.
For collectors of late 70s/80s japanese LP style replicas, the Greco EGF 1800s built in 1980 and 1981 are among the most sort-after of all. These instruments were custom ordered, featuring nitrocellulose lacquer finishes, old growth mahogany necks/bodies, and brazillian rosewood fingerboards. These guitars also featured the original 'Dry Z' pickups, which were among the best PAF replicas of the time (and they hold up well now!).
This particular guitar is in 100% original condition right down to its original frets and nut, having been well kept over the years. It has an authentic feeling chunky '59 style neck profile, and the original frets are in great shape as well.
A fantastic clean example of a rare model, includes its equally clean original Greco lifton style case.
