A completely original example that plays and sounds great.
Guitar is completely original with original featuring one Filtertron pickup and one Supertron pickup. They only made this model with these two different pickups in 1964. Pickups sound incredible. Super warm and sweet. These are some of the best pickups ever made.
Neck is straight and true. Nice and fat with a classic vintage feel. Plays with a good low action and no buzz or issues. It's just been setup here at the shop and it's playing fantastic.
Serial number on headstock plate dates the guitar 1964 as well as features.
Binding has minor signs of deterioration, common on all of these.
This is a particularly nice example.
Comes with original Gretsch hardshell case in excellent condition.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
