Description

This Gretsch Duojet was made in the USA in 1962. The serial number is in the 1961 range but the pots date to the 5th week of 1962. One of the pickups says "Jan 64" in red pen, but we think that is not an original date as it doesn't look like any Gretsch factory marking we have previously seen, but if the date is original then that pickup must be changed and from 1964. The tuners are grovers, but aside from that the guitar is completely original. The guitar shows significant play wear, but there is no structural damage, and the guitar is in very good playing condition. The guitar has been pro-setup and is ready to hit the road. It comes with a non original hard case.
