Description

Check out this super cool 1954 Gretsch Duo Jet in its original Black finish, with the script logo on the headstock! This first full production year example still boasts all original binding and finish and even has the Gretsch logo on the forearm as a cool early detail. The two DeArmond pickups function as they should, and sound great in basically every position. Another set of tuners has been installed on the guitar, leaving behind some mostly obscured extra holes, with the originals back on the guitar. Overall, the guitar is in good condition, with playwear throughout, notably the back. This example was also professionally refretted to ensure many more years of comfortable playing!

Overall Condition: 7.5, playwear to the back of the guitar, expected binding rot but stable
