The Gretsch G5440LSB Electromatic Long-Scale hollowbody bass guitar is a stylishly seismic new Gretsch bass complete with all of the features that make a hollowbody bass guitar roar. It's single cutaway hollow and bound body resonates will full bass tone and balance, and features sound-post bracing and elegant bound f-holes. This is thanks to a five-ply maple body with a maple thin U-shaped neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard on top, complete with twenty-two medium jumbo frets and hump block pearloid inlays.
This bass is armed with a pair of powerful new Black Top Filter'Tron humbucking bass pickups that endow it with an electrifying deep-end voice and identity. A control configuration of two volume controls and a tone knob allow perfect adjustment of the tone, along with a three-way toggle switch and a Gretsch Adjusto-Matic bridge with a secured rosewood base.
