The G6136T-BLK Black Falcon is the black version of the White Falcon, Gretsch's flagship model.

The beautifully shaped body with black finish, gold sparkle binding and vertical headstock logo give this top of the line model a luxurious and beautiful look.

This Player's Edition features a 2-1/4" thinner body, ML bracing that evolved from the 1959 Trestle bracing, locking Grover Imperial tuners, locking strap pins, string-through Bigsby, and TUSQ XL nut, locking bar bridge, pinned ebony base with octave adjustment to reduce bridge movement, and other features for superior playability.

Pickups include a high-sensitive Filter'Tron, a “Squeezebox" paper-in capacitor, a treble bleed circuit that does not alter the tone when the volume is changed, and a no-load tone circuit that is completely bypassed when the tone is full.

The body back and head veneer are a very slightly scuffed, and the metal parts have some dullness, but the guitar is in good condition with little signs of wear.

The neck and truss rod are in good condition.

The rod cover screws have been replaced.
