2005 Gretsch G6138 Bo Diddly Red
Here's another cool Gretsch from our recent collection purchase.
The original owner had a custom pickguard made for the guitar. The work is pretty amazing - it looks like a stock part, and I think it is a good addition. The black pickup rings are replacements, chosen to match the pickguard. The original pickup rings are in the case.
The guitar plays great, as do all of these Japanese manufactured models do. Fit and finish is spot on. The frets are in excellent condition. The truss rod is effective and there are no issues with the instrument whatsoever.
