1958 Gretsch Single Anniversary Sunburst

1958 Gretsch Single Anniversary Conversion in very good condition. This Gretsch was converted from a single pickup, single anniversary model to a double pickup, double anniversary style guitar. The guitar has had a TV Jones Classic Filtertron added in the bridge position and retains its original Gretsch Filtertron pickup with a replacement gold cover in the neck position. The guitar has also had a gold Bigsby, new gold Gretsch pickguard, gold Gotoh tuners, gold abr-1 bridge, and gold replacement Gretsch knobs added. It has an original master volume on the upper horn with two added volume pots for each individual pickup on the lower bout. The binding has been reglued in a few areas. This anniversary model was constructed with a laminated maple body, and a maple neck with an ebony fingerboard. The neck has a width of 1 11/16 " at the nut, a depth of 0.91” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.07” at the tenth fret. The guitar has a 24.5” scale and weighs 7.85 lbs. A very well done conversion with a really cool look. Comes with the original hardshell case.
