1965 Guild Starfire VI "Blonde"

The top-of-the-line for Guild's popular Starfire series, the Starfire VI featured upgraded appointments like a flamed maple top, gold hardware, Guild branded bigsby tailpiece, ebony fingerboard with pearl and abalone inlays, and a bound headstock. This is easily the best top we've ever seen on this model! A beautifully figured flame on the top is matched by an equally figured back and sides while the original Blonde finish highlights this spectacular wood. On top of being a stunning and clean example this guitar delivers a semi-hollow tone comparable to the best ES-335s we've heard.
