Vintage 1979 Hamer Standard with original hardshell case!
Nice late 1970's 4-Digit Hamer Standard in Sunburst. Beautiful flame, Bound and Crowned, and classic color. The guitar has plenty of wear and checking as shown, but no breaks, cracks, or repairs. The guitar is all original except the neck pickup was rewound by Fralin, nut reglued/shimmed, and I believe the capacitor is newer. No headstock or heel breaks! Pickups give you lots of options with very useful tone knob. All 3 pots date to very late 1978. The middle position has that classic Hamer out-of-phase sound. The guitar plays easy and sounds great! Comes with the original and rare blue-lined case that has a lot of wear but it works ok. Here's your chance to get a real 1970's Bound and Crowned Hamer Standard with no breaks for under $7k!
