Summary: The body shape and neck joint of this Sunburst A/T P90 are based on the sought-after vintage Hamer originals. This P90 model features maple over a solid mahogany body and a Goldtop finish. The fast-playing set neck is fitted with a rosewood fretboard and jumbo frets. It is equipped with a tunomatic bridge and P90s that deliver the amazing classic tone Hamer has long been known for.
Body: Mahogany with a Maple top, Goldtop finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, 22 frets, white dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Two Hamer P90 pickups, Hamer closed gear tuning keys, volume/tone controls/3-way pickups selector, tunomatic bridge/stop bar tailpiece.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has some buckle rash and light surface scratches that are hard to photograph. The back of the neck is clean and smooth, and the frets are in great shape.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
