Thin President is a model from the Semi Acoustic series made by Hofners electric guitars department. This series offers some of the finest European-made jazz guitars. Thin President is one of its premier models and it comes with its traditional single-cut design. As opposed to the one from the Jazz series, this one comes with a thin body construction, in order to be more user-friendly towards the players who are used to solid-body guitars. Body of the Thin President is made of striped poplar tineo back and sides and sycamore sound board. Arched top, multi-ply binding around its edges, roller bridge bridge with Bigsby, dual active humbucking pickups, two "f" holes, 25-1/2" scale, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard and die-cast Schaller tuners wrap the specs list.
