1976 Ibanez Destroyer Model 2459 Natural Korina

These are becoming really hard to find.
1976 Lawsuit Era.
These aren’t really Korina, they’re ash with Korina colored finish.
Necks are maple with rw board.
This guitar has a colorful history.
I bought this guitar from Punky Meadows of Angel while on tour with them in 1978.
Put Dimarzios on it, and used it for a couple years.
Sold it in 1980 or so.
The next owner, changed the tuners, pickups & put a Roland synth pickup on it (hence the extra small holes). It was then sold to a friend of mine, who has had it for about 30 years.
Been under a bed since.
Sold it back to me recently (for far more than I sold it for in the 1st place !) I put Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucks in it and that’s the way it sits.
I just not gonna use it………

Has some nicks dings here in there, but overall nice.
No breaks / repairs. Frets are excellent & truss rod functions as it should.
Comes with a period case, though missing one latch & the handle.
