I know from experience that these Ibanez "korina" guitars from the 70s are pretty hot right now. Resembling GIbson's Flying V from the late 50's, these guitars are actually made of a Japanese ash and finished to match the original.
Overall this V is in excellent condition with signs of use and handling. There are small dings here and there but no signs of abuse and no breaks or repairs.
It plays and sounds killer - the Super 70s pickups in these guitars are legitimately useable. The neck is perfect and it set up really well with low action when Tim restrung it with new 10 gauge strings. There is room in the truss rod for future adjustment.
Small parts changes include the strap buttons, two of which are gold Schaller style straplock buttons. A nice strap is included that has the other part of the straplocks on it. The guitar came in with no pickup covers. I dug into the parts stash and found a couple that fit pretty well and look good with wear that is complimentary to the overall look of the guitar. I very lightly soldered them on by re-flowing the original solder on the back of the pickups. The knobs might also be changed, but of that I'm not certain. Everything else is original and all solders in the control cavity are undisturbed.
The original hard case is included, rounding out this killer package.

Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
