Here we have a 1977 Ibanez Silver Series Strat-style guitar. This guitar is in good to very good condition minus a few through-finish dings and general playwear.
Basic Specs: Chrome tuners (with a small area of wood fill around the A-string tuner). 1 5/8 inch nut. Maple neck with a 25.5 inch scale length. Neck depth is .80 inches at the first fret and .88 inches at the twelfth fret. Maple fingerboard with 21 frets and a 7.25 inch radius. Original Excel (made by Maxon) single coil pickups. MIJ 250K pots. 6-saddle bridge with steel trem block. Trem arm and bridge cover included. 3-ply pickguard. New Switchcraft jack has been installed. The 5-way switch was replaced and the pickguard was cut to accommodate the new switch. Pickup cavities are shielded with Copper tape.
Comes with old hardshell case, possibly original, in good condition. Also comes with the original and well-worn Ibanez Care Guide booklet.
