This is a booster/drive pedal supervised by Mark Sampson, the creator of the legendary DC30 amp!
The sound is unique and three-dimensional, and if your amp is a little short on high frequencies (not painful to the ears!), you can add just the right amount of high frequencies to your amp. If your amp is a little lacking, you can add the high frequencies you want (without hurting your ears!) in a very comfortable way. The gain is not very high, and the true essence of this unit is clean/crunch, which works well with single coils.
