Jerry Jones guitars are known for their vintage Danelectro style with modern innovations that make them much more reliable instruments. This unique "Guitarlin" model features an extended 25 1/4" scale length and 31 frets for a high octave mandolin type sound in the upper register. This unique sound is reminiscent of the octave necks found on double neck Mosrite instruments used by Country legends like Joe Maphis. In addition to the unique sound, this guitar features the distinctive "Longhorn" body style found on Danelectro basses, as well as a pair of balanced "lipstick" single coil pickups that are wired in series in the middle position for a humbucking sound. A great playing guitar that would be an excellent addition to any arsenal.
