Here we have an awesome Baritone Guitar from the famous Jerry Jones Guitars. This all copper single-cut Baritone was made in 2006 and it’s in very good condition with just some general wear and a few edge dings. All in all it presents very well, and the copper color is just too cool.
But where this guitar really shines is when you plug it in. There is so much unexplored sonic territory that only a baritone can reveal. It’s not just country lead or Spaghetti Western noodling that these guitars are good at. They can cover just about anything and do it with grit and punch. Jerry Jones was the master of Dano-style guitars, especially Baritones and Bass 6s (stay tuned, as we have a JJ Bass 6 coming soon).
Nut width is 1 and 11/16 inches. Scale length is 26 inches. Neck depth is 3/4 inch at the first fret and 15/16 inch at the 12th fret. Rosewood fingerboard with 23 Jumbo frets. Two awesome single coil lipstick pickups with plenty of punch. Gotoh bridge.
This guitar is fun and super comfortable to play. If you ever thought of trying a Baritone, you can’t go wrong with this one. Sadly no longer made, so grab one while you can. Comes with original hardshell case.
