Jimmy Wallace guitars are built with a traditional style while incorporating the player's perspective of Jimmy Wallace, himself a guitarist and collector.
The Sierra 3Tone Sunburst that we have just received is finished in the so called "multi-layer color" with Fiesta Red sprayed on top.
The guitar has been heavily aged, and the more it is played, the more it will develop its own unique flavor.
The 1-piece maple neck has bird's eyes on both the front and back, giving it an austere yet luxurious look.
The neck shape is a thick C-shape for a firm and comfortable grip.
While having the cleanness typical of 1P maple, it has a characteristic comped feel in the mid-band, which turns into the stickiness of the sound when distorted, not to mention cutting with clean tones.
