Description

A one-of-a-kind parlor-sized Tri-Cone resonator from the late legendary PNW builder John Morton. This example is No.35 and features a stunning flamed Maple neck that is a joy to play. This guitar was entirely manufactured by John except for the tuners; He even hand-made custom 4'' speaker cones! The smaller cones and the parlor-sized body give this resonator a unique singing tone with a lovely sweet mid-range and a tight low-end dynamic response. Overall great condition with a slight patina. Plays great with a recent fret level/dress and a compensated saddle. A high-quality boutique instrument! Includes original hardshell case.
