The Kramer JK-1000 was made in Japan by the ESP factory in the mid 1980's. This guitar certainly has the iconic look and feel of any hair metal shred guitar from that era.
The guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear. It looks like there was stickers on this at some point, and the finish faded around them. One impression looks to read out "Lunatic Moon" the others I can not tell. There is some scratches, scuffs, and other wear throughout the finish. The frets are used but still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.
The bridge pickup has been upgraded to a Seymour Duncan TB59 otherwise this guitar appears to be all original.
