Crafted by master luthier Laurent Brondel, the Burn II T is a semi-hollow electric that fuses tonal character, refined playability, and historical wood with subtle elegance.
Its Angélique rosewood body and neck—salvaged from the film set restoration of The Bounty in Bath, Maine—provide rich harmonic content and a naturally resonant core. A striking 5” carved curly maple drop-top adds visual depth and dynamic presence.
Finished in a lightly aged nitrocellulose lacquer, the guitar features delicate checking that evokes a graceful, played-in feel without appearing overdone—balancing aesthetic maturity with boutique refinement.
The set-neck construction, 25” scale, and late-’58 to early-’60 LP Jr. DC-inspired carve create a broken-in, vintage-feeling neck with exceptional comfort. The Brazilian rosewood fretboard and peghead overlay, nylon nut, and Jescar 51100 NS fretwire provide a smooth, articulate playing experience.
At its heart are Ron Ellis Signature humbuckers—articulate, harmonically rich, and uniquely voiced with a touch of single-coil-like hollowness, yet grounded in muscular PAF-style power. Controlled feedback comes easily with a cranked amp, making it a joy to explore dynamics and saturation.
Premium appointments include a MusicCityBridge intonated wraparound with locking posts, Hipshot open-back tuners with tortoise buttons, and a custom Cedar Creek case.

Returns on New items are accepted (unless noted in the description), and must occur within 4 days from when you receive the item. (buyer must notify us that they will be returning the item within 4 days of receiving the item, or return will be void) Buyer pays for shipping cost , Buyer is responsible for returning the item undamaged, we can provide return label which cost will be deducted from the refund owned to the buyer. A 10% restocking fee will also be assessed upon return of the item. We reserve the right to refuse refund if item is not returned in the same condition it was originally shipped to the buyer.
