1961 Martin 00-21 Natural
1961 Martin 00-21 in very good condition. This Martin guitar has had a neck reset, has a new saddle, and has a small area on the top lower bout that has been patched, most likely done at the Martin factory. This 00-21 guitar was constructed with a spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a Brazilian rosewood bridge. The soft V shaped neck measures 1 7/8” at the nut, has a depth of 0.88” at the first fret, and a depth 1.10” at the tenth fret. The guitar has a 24.9” scale and weighs 3.70lbs. A wonderful, well balanced guitar that’s well suited for fingerstyle play with a wide neck and fine, open sound. It comes with the original hardshell case.
