1992 Martin D-12-41 Natural

Here's a 1992 Martin D-12-41 in Natural finish. We were lucky enough to purchase this beauty from its original owner, who custom ordered the guitar brand new, directly from Martin. On the inside heel, the guitar is stamped 'Custom' (along with the serial number), but it's a D-41 12-string, with a beautiful custom vine like inlay on the pickguard and bridge. That design, along with the top body binding, fretboard inlays, and sound hold binding, are all Abalone. The top is solid spruce, while the back and sides are solid rosewood. The rosewood is dark, and perfectly uniformed/matched! The guitar plays with complete ease, and sounds like piano. Nice bottom end on the low notes, with wonderful chime on the high notes. It's is not only lovely to look at it, but it's also a joy to play! Original tags, completed warranty card from the original owner, along with the original case are all included on this one of a kind stunner!
