Replay Guitar Exchange presents a real bluegrass cannon! This Martin HD-28LSV from 1998 is a wonderful example of Nineties-era Martin quality, based off of the D-28 belonging to the legendary Clarence White. The Adirondack spruce top has an enlarged soundhole, delivering the kind of volume and projection that will help you hold your own in any jam situation. The sides and back are East Indian rosewood, and the mahogany neck bears an ebony fretboard. An aftermarket pickup system of undetermined type was installed by the previous owner.
This Martin is in Good condition, with numerous minor instances of cosmetic wear (marks, dings and scratches) throughout, but an estimated 90% remaining fret life.
