Stanley Turrentine Group of (2) Blue Note LP Vinyl Records. Lot of two rare early 60s first pressings featuring both the debut and sophomore album from the revered tenor saxophonist. Lot includes: 1) Look Out! (BLP-4039). A mono, 1960 first pressing. The sleeve (with laminated cover and 43 W. 61st St. address) is in VG-EX 6 condition with creasing, edge wear, corner wear, staining, scratching, scuffing, and writing on back. The disc (with 47 West 63rd address on "Deep Groove" labels - and "RVG" in runout) is in EX 7.5 condition with minor scuffing and label wear; 2) ...with the 3 Sounds Blue Hour (Blue Note, 4057). This is a mono 1962 repress and recognized as jazz historian/writer Ira Gitler's personal copy. The sleeve is in EX 7.5 condition with corner wear, creasing, and some staining.
