Here's an original circa early 1990s Mosrite Excellent 65 The Ventures Model.
Plays and sounds fantastic, like a real vintage Mosrite!
Crafted at the Fujigen factory in Japan, the Excellent Series Mosrites are among the most celebrated reissues for their feel, construction, and attention to detail. With a basswood body and prominent German Carve just like a genuine vintage example, this Mosrite features a pair of stock single coil pickups with classic jangle tone. Maple neck. Rosewood fingrerboard. Plays great with a low action and no buzz or issues. Just set up here at the shop.
Original Mosrite pickups are warm and fat sounding with a classic vintage bell tone, and classic vintage jangle, too.
Guitar is all original with the exception of upgraded Grover tuners and part of the Ventures logo was removed. As pictured. Has signs of wear throughout but generally excellent condition.
A wonderful example perfect for recording and gigging. A great working mans jangle guitar.
Comes with original hardshell case, too!

We use UPS ground for shipping. We can work out overnight shipping on a case by case basis. Buyer pays all shipping charges.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
