The Ernie Ball Music Man 35th Anniversary StingRay Special 5H 5-string electric bass guitar honors the timeless Ernie Ball Music Man design that has been used by some of the world's most iconic bassists. It comes with all Black hardware, with a matching black pickup cover accented with unique gold pole piece highlights that compliment the special Anniversary finish.
The ash solidbody features a spalted maple top with thin maple veneer and comes standard with a Spalted Sunburst high gloss polyester finish for amazing comfort and playability. The matching high gloss-finished roasted figured maple neck is superbly comfortable, featuring an ebony fingerboard, copper pearlescent block inlays and twenty-two high wide profile stainless steel frets.
The high-output neodymium StingRay 5 pickup provides powerful low-end with a distinctive mid-range punch, controlled by a three-band active preamp, a volume, treble, mid and bass control set and a three-way blade switch. The Music Man black plated hardened steel bridge with stainless steel saddles delivers solid stability with increased flexibility.
