Leo Fender developed the Precision Bass and Jazz Bass guitars at Fender, and in 1976, he launched the StingRay under the new MUSIC MAN brand. The StingRay is a representative model that is loved by many artists to this day.
This model was made in 2002 in natural color with maple fretboard.
The pickups and preamp have been replaced.
The pickups are DELANO MC4-AL, and the preamp is replaced with Darkglass Tone Capsule.
The demand for modern sound x Stingray has been increasing, as evidenced by the recent release of a collaboration model between Darkglass and MUSIC MAN.
This model also demonstrates the sound character of Darkglass, and the wide-range 3-band EQ allows for a wide range of sound creation, from clear and straightforward clean sounds to thumping sounds.
