Description

Offered here is a relatively unique instrument from the now defunct manufacturer, Parker Guitars. This is one of their USA-built Radial Neck Joint (bolt-on) models, a MaxxFly DF624 in Root Beer gloss that was built in 2015 prior to Parker’s demise.

This guitar has an alder body and a total weight of just 5.6 pounds and with no neck dive. The satin-finished maple neck is a medium C-shape and is built for smooth-playing speed. The Ebony fretboard has 22 stainless steel frets, a radius of 14" and a 25.5" scale length. The Parker tremolo bridge is cast aluminum with stainless steel piezo saddles. The electronics include two Duncan SSL6 single coils, a Duncan TB14 humbucker and a piezo pre-amp with VVT, a five-way switch and a three-way for the piezo system.

This guitar feels great in your hands and it plays like 'butta' baby! With its varied pickup options and flexible controls you can dial-in almost any tone you can imagine from smooth jazz to shred/metal. Please check out the brief sound sample included below.

This guitar is in superb condition with no flaws of any significance and the stainless steel frets remain virtually flawless as well. It comes in its original premium Parker / TKL case (which does show a bit of wear), along with the tremolo arm, stereo cable and adjustment tools.

This is a very cool and flexible electric that is light on your shoulder and collectible as well. Click the 'Buy Now' button and make it yours! You will be very glad you did!
