Offered is this great Parker Fly Mojo Flame, just in on consignment. This relatively unique model was built in 2003, the first year of the "refined" era which introduced a host of design modifications to the entire Parker line.
This version of the Fly has a Mahogany body which is topped with a figured Maple top and a Basswood neck. Later versions of this model were equipped with a Mahogany neck. The entire structure is reinforced by a carbon fiber exoskeleton. It also has stainless steel frets, locking tuners, Seymour Duncan humbuckers (with push/pull coil tapping) and a Graph-Tech Ghost piezo system. It is very light, weighing less than 6 pounds.
I've never come across a Fly I didn't like and this guitar is no different. It's unique design elements, light weight, extreme ease of play and expansive tone capabilities make for a guitar like no other. With both Piezo and magnetic pickups (with coil tapping), there isn't much you can't do with these guitars.
Despite it's age, this guitar is in excellent cosmetic condition with only very light evidence of play. The guitar is currently set up with .010" gauge strings and it's unique tremolo system is in the locked position so that it currently operates like functions a hardtail bridge. The original tremolo arm is missing and is not included, but most of the other original paperwork and accessories are, including the original case, various adjustment tools, the stereo cable and the optional trem springs.
This is a relatively unique model of one of the coolest electric guitar designs on the planet. Make it yours!
