Description

Summary: This is a jaw-dropping instrument to say the least. The neck joint is unbelievably sleek and the carbon glass fretboard is smooth and elegant. With active electronics, humbucker with coil split option, two single coils and a piezo in the saddles- you get one of the most versatile electric guitars of all time. These guitars are no longer in production so here is a rare chance to own one of these absolutely magnificent instruments. This Parker ships in its original black hard-shell case with the whammy bar!

Body: The body is very thin with sleek comfortable contours and an elegant “lime gold finish”. Parker is known to use different lightweight tone-woods for the body wood with a carbon fiber exoskeleton.

Neck: This neck is finished to match the body in “lime gold” and has the slimmest transition at the body joint of any guitar we have ever seen. It is neck-through construction with a carbon glass fretboard, has 22 hardened stainless-steel frets, 25.5” scale length and 1 11/16” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: This Parker is equipped with single coil Seymour Duncans in the neck and middle position, a Seymour Duncan Humbucker in the bridge with coil splitting option, tone knob, and a “ghost piezo” pickup under the saddles in the vibrato bridge. The piezo pickup is controlled by the three way toggle- first position is piezo only with volume, second is piezo with all pickups, which you can blend with the volume, and the last position is piezo off. It has two volume knobs for the pickups, one push pull tone knob, and a 5 way switch. The vibrato unit works flawlessly smooth and keeps its tune very well. The vibrato arm has a really comfortable foam grip and the tuners are black locking Sperzels. All hardware is black.

Cosmetics: This Parker is in fantastic condition. There are no scratches, nicks or dings to mention. Frets are in perfect shape. All the electronics work without issue.

Playability: This on one of the fastest, smoothest, easiest playing instruments I have ever laid my hands on. The frets are perfectly smooth and level with no gouges in them. The action is low and the neck is straight. We have just strung this beauty up with a new set of 10’s and it is a really fun, effortless guitar to play.
