This guitar was designed and handmade in America in the year 2006, featuring a special Charcoal Burst finish and a massive plethora of other brilliant appointments that truly make this PRS stand out from the crowd.

The woods, including a stunning curly maple top, the South American mahogany back, the curly maple neck and headstock veneer, and the smooth ebony fingerboard and truss rod cover were carefully picked from Paul's private stock for sound and remarkable figure. Other features, such as the black onyx Private Stock eagle and bird inlays with white gold outlines as well as the Custom 22 neck carve add to this guitar's special appeal.

A pair of powerful PRS-7 humbucking pickups are installed, with a 3-way toggle and coil tap switching option to offer a massive array of tones to peruse through. A nickel PRS tremolo and nickel new locking mini-tuning pegs with ebony buttons also add to the playability. This guitar is also the exact guitar featured for the month of June in the PRS Private Stock 2008 calendar — showing off it's cool aesthetic in style.

This guitar is in Very Good condition, as there are a few minor scratches on the back noticeable, but otherwise no issues to point out at all. There is an estimated 99% of fret life remaining. The trem bar is included with this guitar.
