Replay Guitar Exchange is absolutely excited to bring to you the excellent Collings I-35 LC semi-hollowbody guitar — a one-of-a-kind custom-built powerhouse of an electric guitar developed in pursuit of the best tonal qualities of a vintage semi-hollow design. Masterfully-built in America, this guitar features a Sonic Blue nitro lacquer finish with a Black pickguard.
It's built from a resonant laminated maple body with dual f-holes carved in the top, along with ivoroid binding and a maple center block. The C-profile Honduran mahogany neck is smooth and comfortable, home to a rosewood fingerboard. With dual ThroBak SLE-101 PAF humbucker pickups installed, you get a roaring vintage tone, controlled by two volumes, two tones and a three-way toggle switch.
This guitar is in Near Mint condition, as there is some checking on the instrument from the factory that gives it the look of simulated cracking for a vintage throwback vibe, but otherwise no issues to point out — it's almost like this guitar has never been played. There is an estimated 99% of fret life remaining.
